Winter Break at Center Parcs

We have just returned from a 5 day break at Center Parcs in Woburn. Having never been to a Center Parcs before, we weren’t really sure what to expect – but we all had a great time!

Ir was quite hilly, and the 3 bedroom lodge  that we stayed in was at the top of one of the hills – but it was a manageable cycle to the top each day (usually several times!). We took our own bikes but you can also hire them there.

The accommodation was well equipped, and a good size for 4 adults and 3 children. There is plenty of parking for he bikes outside the lodge too.

The entire village is easy to get around with or without bikes, nothing is too far away and it is all easy to find.

There is a great range of activities to choose from – for everyone in the family.

Miss D learnt to ride a balance bike properly and went to a princess and pirate party, I did a Pilates class (something I have always wanted to try it never managed it), Ben played squash and American pool. We went to the swimming pool every day, it is great for the whole family – the baby and toddler pool with the mini slides provided hours of entertainment for the little ones, and the water slides for the big kids make your heart race!

All of the restaurants have a good selection of food, there are soft plays and children’s menus, all the kids get colouring packs.

All in all, our entire family had a brilliant time and are looking forward to our next visit!
